Very very cold.(温暖化で寒いって?)

The picture is our family pet cat. Recently she seems to have changed her owner (guardian). She seldom comes back but when she does, she takes a nap and leaves within an hour or two.
It is even colder than yesterday. May be due to the lack of sunshine. It wasn't like this when I was a child. In this Kanto plane area, we used to have sunny days throughout winter. It was much colder though. Again, this has much to do with the global warming I presume. This weather used to occur in early spring. In winter, cold air in Siberia(Russia) makes up a stable high-pressure which normally sends very cold wind all the way to Japan over the Sea of Japan that brings snowy weather to Hokuriku, Saninn region and very dry strong wind called からっ風 to Kanto Plane area. This wind is so dry that it results in the clear-up sky and very low humidity together with the cold weather in Tokyo. But obviously this meteorological system in winter is collapsing under the influence of global warming. In the spring it was quite normal we would sometimes have snow in this region because of the stronger sunshine that warms up the land to create an upstream of air which develops into a low pressure bringing about snow to Kanto area. But now it's happening in winter! I suspect that Siberia region is not cold enough to make a strong, stable high-pressure any more. OK, this is just my theory. But don't you think it scary?
One of the biggest problem with the global warming is it's global. It is not enough that only limited number of countries make this effort. Developing countries like China, Brazil, India equally have right to enjoy energy-consuming, material-wasting western-style life. If so, in a global point of view, CO2 release is increasing rather than decreasing even if those advanced countries succeed in the reduction. We can't avoid facing this fact if we really want to address the problem. Can we request those developing countries to stop developing? Can we ask Brazilian people to stop chopping down Amazon trees? Do we have a right to do it after we completed development enjoying the benefit of it? It may not be impossible if we, advanced countries are ready to compensate for it. But are we really ready for giving money away to other countries for not doing something? I tell you, we can't. So very strong international leader ship in close concert with individual nations is crucial. But the guiding principle of this world is regrettably, egoism and competition, alias of capitalism. Where is room for a compromise?
