Type B

Long time ago, a friend of mine said to me,
"You are blood type B, aren't you?"
"Yes, why do you know?"
"Well, I just thought so. Blood types are said to have something to do with your personality."
"What is that something in my case?"
"Well, you are...a bit different."
"Of course everyone is different. So in what way am I different?"
"Well, it's hard to say.... but a bit sloppy and a bit short of teamwork spirit... and a bit standoffish...and a bit..."
"Ok, ok, I am not sure about the blood type- personality relationship but at least I understand what you think of me."
After receiving the same question from other people several times, I began to realize I am typical blood type B person because no one said to me like
"I think you are the blood type A because you are well organized." or
"You must be the type O because you have a strong leadership."
As usual, I investigated the blood types. In the course of my investigation I came across an intriguing fact.
The blood type B is very close to the blood type of pigs, while blood type A is rather close to that of chimpanzees. I was a kind of shocked. Chimpanzees are obviously more advanced species than pigs in the course of evolution. Furthermore, pigs are, to say the least, messy and sloppy and apparently lack team play spirit. I don't think chimps are well organized but look far better than pigs.
Ok, I realized at last, it's this porcine blood flowing all over my body that makes my wife often tell me "why don't you organize things around and on your desk once in a while."
Cows, for that matter, have a similar blood type to B. Cows are no better than pigs in this respect. I was born in the year of the Cow (丑年). Maybe I am double slow and sloppy by nature. If only my wife understood this scientific background.
