Migraine without headache

I saw the neurosurgeon last Friday. The doctor was a middle-aged, reliable-looking sturdy man. He told me to get MRI scan on my brain first. This was the first time I had ever undergone the scan.
Two operators instructed me to lie on my back on a bed. One of them loosely tied up both my arms with a belt to the bed so that they might not go over the bed. He handed me a kind of a rubber ball that connected to an alarming instrument with a plastic air pipe. He told me to grab it strong if anything went wrong. Then another guy covered my face with a metal box with a glass window in front. He also put a headphone on my ears to protect me from noise of the machine. Unexpectedly a claustrophobic feeling welled up from deep inside. Impossible to move. Suffocating small space over my face. This might be a simulated fear of death. The music I was listening to from the headphone was all the time interrupted by banging sound from the machine as big as what my mother described as a hammer drill drilling on your head. Having no idea when it would end, I felt it long all the more. In about 20 minutes it went all quiet. The sound of silence lingered in my ears.
Waiting for one hour I was called in the doc's office. He looked at the screen that showed what I guessed were the pictures of my brain.
"Sorry for taking the trouble going through such a terrible examination." He said.
"It's all right. I have long wanted to see my brain myself anyway. Does it look smart?" I asked him.
"残念ながらその兆候はありませんなぁ" He said smiling.
He investigated the next row of my brain cross sections.
"It seems nothing is wrong with your brain. Probably your case is a migraine without headache."
"Do you still call it migraine?"
"No, actually. I mean it is likely the blood vessel in your brain somehow dilated temporarily to cause that symptom. This mechanism is the same with migraine."
He explained the structure of the brain using my brain picture. It was interesting indeed.
"Can I get the picture as a memory?"
"Yes, sure." He printed out two of the pictures and gave it to me.
