Giving a shape

Persistent back pain. Especially right after I get up. Perhaps my body got used to the lying position too long while I was asleep.
It was even worse yesterday when I, with my wife and mother, went to the house builder's office and discussed the design of our new house. It took over two hours which, with the dull pain, I felt like half a day.
Like house designing, discussion of the detail takes more trouble and time than we expect. It's always easy to talk about a general idea of anything. But when we try to break it down into a feasible, concrete plan, we are surprised to know how much detail we have to think of and do to carry it out. It's like our new government working extra hard to give a shape to their vague manifest. It's sometimes impossible. I hope this is not the case.
Our house have just started. At least my back must heal before things get busier. I know it will get better in a couple of days though I feel it take me longer with age.
