To err is human.

Yesterday, when I came home I received an email from a worker in my client's office. It said
"I am very sorry to say, but I am afraid you might have gone home in my coat. There is one coat left here, which looks kind of similar to my coat. In the pocket are chewing gum and a mask."
I hurriedly checked my coat on a hanger. To my great surprise... it was not mine, obviously in higher quality than mine. But "it cannot be helped if this looked so alike." I told my wife. She said looking at the coat and my face alternately "Where of this coat should I see to say it looks alike, apart from its color?", maybe implying it is very different.
I'm not surprised because to err is human. But perhaps I should be more surprised because this is the second time this year I came home in a wrong coat.
I am leaving home to get my coat back. I hope he will forgive me with a smile on his face even if it's my second mistake. "To err is me, to forgive is he". Shakespeare?
