Coordination

At last it has become quite hard for me to wear a shirt by myself. Yes, because of my frozen shoulder. I used usually to put my right arm through the right sleeve first and then address the left. But now this way, I cannot put my left arm into the sleeve because the freedom of the left sleeve is limited by the already fixated right sleeve. So I put my left arm through first while it can move freely and then my right arm which can find more easily where the sleeve is.
My life has changed a bit.
I found one thing. While I am putting my right arm through the sleeve, my left arm and shoulder, already in its place, unconsciously try to help my right arm to work its way into the sleeve, in an attempt to give freedom to the right sleeve so that it can reach the sleeve easier. The problem is it hurts. So I gradually learned not to move my left shoulder and arm while my right arm is doing its job. It is to say that you turn a blind eye to your child being beaten up by somebody.
It is amazing to know how your left and right arms coordinate each other to make things work beautifully. It is done elegantly and gracefully. Each arm never boasts of helping the other, just sedulously and silently work in concert.
It is sad to see my left arm is reduced to a passive position that is only to receive the mercy of my right hand and arm. But I hope it will pay back to its counterpart someday in near future.
