Excuse

Last night while I was running 3km in 20 minutes^^, I did not perspire at all. Getting cooler these days, especially in the morning and evening, leaving me less excuses for not running...
When I resumed my jogging practice, I expected that I could reduce my gradually increasing weight. It was 63 kilos. Now it is..... 65. How can I gain 2 kilos for all my hard workout??? I know the reason. I eat more, taking in more calories than the energy I consume in the 3 km running.
It seems that running enhances my appetite more than necessary. I like eating in the first place. I had stepped on the brake on my appetite to prevent my belly from ballooning further... to an extent of pregnancy. But running seems like a good excuse to let the appetite loose.
Now I am beginning to wonder which is healthier, running or not running^^
