Old songs

Since I have a warped belly button^^, instead of ipod, I bought the other day an mp3 music player made in Singapore. It was not bad but I had something to ask about the software bundled with it and called the number written in the manual.
There I was all poised to be answered by a young girl who would gently guide me to solve my question. The voice I heard was an inorganic recorded voice supposed to be from a female. It sounded to me like
"We are sorry we are busy, so please call us later or hold the line while we play you some irritating music interrupted at ten-second intervals by a recorded voice telling you we are sorry we are busy so please call us later or hold the line while we play you some irritating music interrupted at..." on and on until I give in.
So imagine my surprise when, after several calls, a real young girl came on the line saying
"We are very sorry to have kept you waiting for such a long time. How may I help you?"
"Before you help me, let me give you one quick advice."
"Oh, yes please."
"Change the music to 待ちぼうけ".
"マチボウケ...でございますか?I'm very sorry that I do not know the music. But I will certainly convey your proposal to our person in charge . マ・チ・ボ・ウ・ケでございますね。"
"Yes, It's very kind of you. Thank you." said I in a serious tone, trying hard to surppress my urge of laughing.
Then I told her my question and she got me through to the customer service where the question was easily answered.
I am eager to know the reaction of the person in charge when she tells him my advice. Chances are she didn't tell him at all or she talked about it with her colleague who only told her that I was just joking.
But, anyway, I might have witnessed a scene where an old song was about to go out the window.
